Refund and Cancellation Policy
Publication date: October 25, 2026
1. Scope and Requests
This policy applies to software subscriptions purchased directly from this website’s operating company. The company and contact email are listed in Section 1 of the Privacy Policy. Purchases concluded through a marketplace are also subject to the corresponding marketplace rules, which must be explained before the transaction is concluded.
To request cancellation or a refund, email the purchaser’s details, order details, payment amount and the action requested. Briefly describe any fault involved. We will investigate promptly and respond within statutory or agreed deadlines. Do not send passwords or complete bank access credentials.
2. Cancellation Before Activation
If the account has not been activated and no separately authorised paid work has begun, subscription payments received will be refunded on cancellation. Separately authorised implementation or other work actually completed may be deducted only as permitted by law and under the price and cancellation rules accepted in advance. No undisclosed charges will be imposed.
3. Refunds and Service Issues After Activation
Activation or login does not waive all refund rights. For incorrect activation, duplicate payment, material functional nonconformity or failure to provide the agreed service, we will investigate and provide correction, a price reduction, termination or a refund as required by contract and law.
Where cancellation is requested solely because of a change of mind, low usage or changed requirements, and no statutory or contractual cancellation right applies, the customer may discuss the request with us. We assess it according to timing, actual service and agreed provisions, and explain our decision and the lawful basis for deductions. We do not guarantee a full refund for every such request.
Where our material failure to perform entitles the customer to terminate, we refund prepaid fees for the affected unused period, together with amounts legally refundable for periods when service was not supplied or did not conform. Where a daily proportion is appropriate, the unused amount equals the relevant prepaid fee multiplied by unused calendar days and divided by the total calendar days in that subscription term. Mandatory law takes priority where it requires a different calculation.
4. Statutory Consumer Rights
Consumers retain statutory rights of withdrawal, termination and remedies for service quality. Where EU, UK or other distance service withdrawal rules apply, consumers can generally withdraw by clear notice within 14 days after contract formation. Specific periods, extensions and exceptions are governed by applicable law. No particular form is required.
Starting services during a statutory withdrawal period requires a separate express request from the consumer. Where lawful and the necessary conditions are met, withdrawal may require proportionate payment for services actually supplied before withdrawal. Activation or first login for a continuing annual service does not itself amount to full performance or automatically extinguish the withdrawal right.
5. Refund Payment and Cancellation Arrangements
For approved or legally required refunds, we will promptly return funds by the original payment method to the verified payer and comply with applicable deadlines. Where a statutory 14-day refund deadline applies, we will not exceed it. Alternative methods require appropriate verification and any consent legally needed. We will explain the refund calculation and will not deduct charges that were not agreed or that the customer is not legally required to bear.
Cancellation, nonrenewal and immediate account closure are different actions. We will confirm when access ends and reasonable data retrieval arrangements. Customers may request a review of a decision without affecting their rights to seek remedies through regulators, courts or applicable payment channels.
